Bass on the drift 15 Aug, 2022 from 08:30 AM to 04:30 PM Littlehampton,
This is getting into peak time for big bass on lures from sandbanks, rough ground and wrecks, and Martin knows where they live. It could be a cracker!
Weymouth summer trip from 29 Jul, 2022 08:00 AM to 30 Jul, 2022 04:30 PM Weymouth,
Our two-day extravaganza is always great fun, with rays, bream, bass, tope, pollack, wrasse and conger all on the cards, along with ale and good company (with all the usual caveats).
Turbot and brill from the offshore banks 18 Jul, 2022 from 08:30 AM to 04:30 PM Brighton,
Last year we had a very good day on the sandbanks with Terry, and these flatties are amongst the tastiest fish that swim in any sea.
Tope, or rays and smoothies or drifting wrecks for pollack and bass 04 Jul, 2022 from 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM Littlehampton,
This is a useful tide for doing any of the above, so it depends what's been fishing best and what the conditions and water clarity are like at the time. It'll be a good one whatever we fish for.
Tope - hard-fighting and fast-running 06 Jun, 2022 from 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM Littlehampton,
This will be our first proper tope trip away from Weymouth. Martin has had them to a really good size, so we'll be hunting them on this trip.
Bream or bass, or maybe both 17 May, 2022 from 08:00 AM to 05:30 PM Littlehampton,
The spring bream run will be in full flow off Littlehampton, and we'll be there. On the other hand, if the bass are playing ball, we might be fishing for them. Or perhaps we'll go all in and do both!
Breaming of bass [CANCELLED] 02 May, 2022 from 08:00 AM to 02:30 PM Littlehampton,
This trip will either be drifting for bass with lures or fishing the Kingmere reef for bream. Or possibly a bit of both, depending on what is fishing well at the time.
Anything: as long as that's bass, rays, spurs or pollack 06 Apr, 2022 from 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM Littlehampton,
This is a medium-sized tide, so depending on the weather, the water clarity and how the fish are feeling, we might be bassing, pollacking, or fishing at anchor for rays and spurs.
Final pollack trip 28 Mar, 2022 from 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM Littlehampton,
This is our last chance of the spring to drift for pollack with lures over wrecks, so sign up and have some of it.
Pollack IV - this time it's Brighton 18 Mar, 2022 from 08:00 AM to 04:55 PM Brighton,
Terry's going to show us how he does it. He's had some great catches in recent years,. so expect a cracking day out.
More utter pollacks 11 Mar, 2022 from 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM Weymouth,
Back to Weymouth this time for round three of our pursuit of huge, hard-fighting spring pollack from offshore wrecks. These trips are always good.
Pollack from Littlehampton [CANCELLED] 28 Feb, 2022 from 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM Littlehampton,
It's Martin's turn to show us what he's made of. He's got a great reputation for pollack fishing, and prefers to use the lead head direct to the main line technique, so if you've only ever fishing lures on a flowing trace, be prepared to learn another killing technique.
Weymouth pollack! [CANCELLED] 07 Feb, 2022 from 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM Weymouth,
The pollack fishing out of Wymouth has been brilliant in early February in recent years, so this is our chance to bag a twenty. Bring it on.
Bass, pollack, spurdog and rays 09 Dec, 2021 from 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM Littlehampton,
This trip could feature a little of anything, depending on what's fishing well and conditions. It's bound to be good, and Martin will definitely put us on some fish.
Monster bass 02 Dec, 2021 from 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM Littlehampton,
This is the date for huge bass, so come and fill your boots. Bear in mind that no bass may be retained after the 30th of November.
Wrasse trip! 29 Nov, 2021 from 07:35 AM to 04:35 PM Weymouth,
We're going for gold, fishing for potential record breaking wrasse off Portland Bill. A couple years ago, Stevie's seven-pounder won him a tackle prize in the Weymouth Angling Centre's Specimen Competition. One of the best and most exciting trips of the year with hundreds of wrasse, and thousands, yes, actual thousands of them on a good trip. We usually round off the day fishing for squid close inshore.
Bass and rays 01 Nov, 2021 from 07:30 AM to 04:30 PM Littlehampton,
As the water gets colder, the bass only get hungrier and bigger! The same goes for the rays. This could be a belter.
Wrecking for big conger and bream [CANCELLED] 25 Oct, 2021 from 07:25 AM to 04:25 PM Brighton,
This is our second dedicated wrecking trip at anchor. Come and get your hands on a big eel or a massive bream
Bass, bream and rays 11 Oct, 2021 from 07:20 AM to 04:20 PM Littlehampton,
This trip could feature pretty much any species, from rough ground or sand banks off Littlehampton. The marks are close by and the fishing is excellent. Get in there!
Blondes, bream, porbeagles, squid, turbot, everything else [CANCELLED] 27 Sep, 2021 from 07:20 AM to 04:20 PM Weymouth,
You may think I am overpromising on this trip, but experience has shown that if I am, it is only marginally.
