Starters
A - Fried, crisp risotto ball (Arancini) mixed with tender braised lamb and fresh parmesan
B
- Baked camembert, garlic and rosemary, served with red
onion marmalade,
olives and crostini
C - Salmon, home cured with grain mustard, dill and brandy. Served with mustard and herb dressing, sour cream and lime
Mains
D - Open ravioli of creamed Mediterranean vegetables, pumpkin puree, cheese sauce, artichoke and broad bean salad with a capsicum sauce (V),
E - Char-grilled corn fed chicken breast on sautéed wild mushrooms, with a pea and leek risotto, Madeira jus and truffle oil
F - Poached fish and shellfish in a saffron, chive and tomato cream sauce, buttered baby spinach and new potatoes
Desserts
G - Rich, smooth chocolate mousse with black cherries steeped in brandy, a chocolate and coffee sauce and Chantilly cream,
H - Home-made pear and blackberry crumble served with hot custard
I - A selection of local cheese and biscuits
